He is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, building long-term client relationships, and leading impactful business initiatives that support sustainable growth and innovation.

He is an active member of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) and currently serves as Head of Investment and International Relations for the Bekasi City Chapter. In this capacity, Firman plays a key role in supporting and empowering local entrepreneurs by providing strategic guidance and mentorship to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on enhancing business quality, competitiveness, and market readiness.
