Legal professional with more than 13 years of experience in non-litigation matters in the field of Manpower/Labor Law, as well as community-related matters in Family Law (joint marital assets, child custody, inheritance). Has over 9 years of experience practicing as a lawyer/advocate, handling numerous cases in both criminal and civil litigation. In General Criminal Law, most recently provided legal assistance in a banking case handled at the Indonesian National Police Headquarters (Mabes Polri) and conducted courtroom defense proceedings. In Special Criminal Litigation, currently providing legal assistance and defense in a Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) case involving alleged gratification at the Ministry of Manpower.

Has also handled and won numerous civil litigation cases, including specialized litigation in Marriage and Family Law (divorce, disputes over joint marital assets, inheritance claims, etc.). Experienced in managing corporate legal compliance, company legality and licensing, and preparing comprehensive legal opinions in both civil and criminal matters.

Highly experienced in coordinating with government institutions, supported by an academic background in Law, and accustomed to working with detailed, accurate, and well-structured documentation standards. Additionally, provides legal advisory and assistance services to national and multinational companies in business licensing processes, as well as representing and defending clients in litigation related to breach of contract and unlawful acts, both as plaintiff and defendant. Also provides legal advice regarding employer compliance with labor and employment obligations.
