Raflis is a senior legal professional with over 15 years of experience across litigation and corporate legal practice. He combines persuasive courtroom advocacy with comprehensive corporate and regulatory expertise, enabling him to deliver integrated, commercially sound, and risk-aware legal solutions for both individual and corporate clients.
He holds a Master’s degree in Law, reflecting a strong academic foundation that supports his analytical depth and strategic legal reasoning. Raflis is also a PERADI-certified Advocate and holds litigation certification for proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia, further strengthening his credentials in complex and high-level constitutional and regulatory disputes.
Raflis has represented clients in a wide spectrum of disputes, including family law matters, employment and labor disputes, criminal cases, and public law–related litigation. His litigation practice is distinguished by a disciplined, strategic, and persuasive advocacy style, underpinned by a strong command of procedural law, evidentiary rules, and substantive legal analysis.
In parallel with his dispute resolution practice, Raflis has extensive experience in foreign investment law, business licensing, and corporate establishment. He has advised and assisted numerous domestic and international investors in establishing and operating their businesses in Indonesia, providing guidance on investment structuring, regulatory compliance, and licensing requirements. His close professional engagement with officials at the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) enhances his ability to navigate regulatory processes efficiently and to facilitate foreign company establishment and investment-related licensing with clarity and precision.
